Pat teaches 6th grade math and science at Chalone Peaks Middle School in King City.
She believes that technology should be seamlessly embedded into all aspects of the academic day for her students rather than added on as a supplement to lessons. Pat has used GAFE in her classroom for the last 4 years. Her students use Google Docs, Slides, Forms, and Spreadsheets in addition to other multimedia programs such as GoAnimate and Educreations to demonstrate their learning.

Pat is on the SLO CUE board and has presented sessions at SLO CUE Connects-Cal Poly and CV CUE Spring Tech Expo in addition to tech PD sessions for her school district and the Monterey County Office of Education.

Pat holds a Masters Degree in Geoscience in addition to her undergraduate work
in both Elementary Education and Special Education.
